摘要
对影响甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒活体内产量的增殖条件研究表明.饲毒龄期是影响病毒产量的主要因子,其次是饲毒剂量,龄期与饲毒剂量的组合也影响病毒产量.以4.32×105PIB/幼虫的剂量饲喂4龄初幼虫,在25℃条件下,可获得最高的病毒产量.幼虫死亡率达88.1%,病毒产量平均为4.71×109PIB/幼虫.以实际接种量为基准.PIB增加10000倍以上.
Studies on the factors affecting the production of MbNPV in vivo indicated that the most important one of these factors was the instar of the host larvae when they were fed with the virus,the second one was the dose of the virus inoculated. The different combinations of the instar of the larvae with virus dose inoculated also affected the yield of the virus.A maximium yield was obtained when the 4th instar larvae were fed with the virus at a rate of 4.32×105PIB/larva at 25℃ The mean mortality of treated larvae was 88.1%, the average yield of virus was 4.71×109PIB/larva. Number of polyhedral inclusion body inereased over 10 000 times as compared with the inoculation dose.
