摘要
用辣根过氧化物酶(horseradishperoxidase)注入鸣禽蜡嘴雀(Eophonamigratoria)和锡嘴雀(Coccothraustescoccothraustes)延脑听觉角核(NA,nucleusangularis)内顺行追踪方法,均在对侧脑桥外侧丘系(LL,Lemniscuslateralis)和中脑背处侧核(MLD,nucleusmesencephalicuslateralisparsdorsalis)发现标记纤维。结果表明鸣禽角核可发出纤维经外侧丘系直接投入MLD,形成脑干听觉直接通路。
The projections of nucleus angularis(NA) to nucleus mesencephalicus lateralis pars dorsalis in Eophona migratoria and Coccothraustes coccothraustes were determined by method of HRP(horseradish peroxidase) injected into NA.(LL) and MLD.The result indicates that there are the direct auditory pathway in brainstem of the songbird. NA send fibers to project to MLD via contralateral LL.
