摘要
利用环氧树脂对酚醛树脂改性制备出玻璃碳,并利用X射线衍射及小角散射对玻璃碳形成过程中的结构的变化进行测量.对热解过程中孔洞形成及粗化的机制进行了分析,分析表明:热解失重、残留碳原子结构的形成及有序化是孔洞形成及粗化的原因.
PF resin was improved by epoxy resin to manufacture glassy carbon.X-ray diffraction and small-angle scattering were applied to the study of the structural changes during the formation of glassy carbon.Forming and coarsening mechanisms of pores were analyzed during pyrolysis.The results indicated that:weight loss by pyrolysis,forming and ordering of residual carbon atoms were the reasons for the forming and coarsening of pores.
