摘要
合成了水杨醛缩苯胺类、邻羟基苯乙酮缩苯胺类两个系列Schiff碱化合物共12个,系统研究了其IR、HNMR波谱性质。在HNMR谱中,首次得出两个系列Schiff碱化合物的羟基质子的化学位移值都与N-苯基上取代基的Hammett常数有很好的线性关系:δ=13.06-0.79a r=0.97 n=7;δ=14.29-1.69a r=0.97 n=5。
Twelve Schiff base compounds from salicylaldehyde and 2-hydroxyacetophenone with aromatic amines were prepared. The spectral propertystudied by IR and 1HNMR spectra. There was a good linear correlation between the chemical shift of hydroxylic proton and Hammett substituent constants in 1HNMR spectra: δ=13. 06-0. 79σ r=0. 97 n=7; δ= 14. 29-1. 69σ r= 0.97 n= 5.
