摘要
依据高峰淀粉酶TAA的晶体结构数据,在微机上绘制了它的分子三维图形,对其结构域的典型空间拓扑特征及其活性中心的结构与功能关系进行了直观的研究。
The three-dimentional molecular graphics of Taka-Amylase A (TAA) were drawed based on its X-ray crystal structure data by computer. he typical topologic features of main domain and C-terminal domain as well as the relations between structure and function of the active center of TAA were studied visually.
