On the Evaluation of Theoretic Achievements of Scientific Researches

从科学理论成果的属性出发，结合我国自然科学研究的现状，对科学理论成果的评价方法和标准进行了系统的分析。指出科学理论成果的评价的原则和方法。

A systematic analysis on the methods and criteria for the evaluation of theoretic achievements from scientific researches is conducted. The analysis was carried out on the basis of the attributes and properties of the scientific achievements , and in association with the current situation of the natural science studies in China. The paper points out that the evaluation should adopt international standards for the scientific achievements, and serve to promote the development of natural science researches in China.
