从概率的观点出发．建立了螺纹随机的磨损量与使用时间的检测曲线．确定了螺纹磨损的规律性．从而减少了轧机非计划停车次数．提高了轧机的生产效率．
In the view of probability. this article set up check curve about lifetime and stochastic measure of wear and tear. and gain regularity of wear andtear about thread. thus reducing several times of extra-planed stop and raisingproduction efficiency of bloomer.
