摘要
本文介绍铜街子发电机的设计研究工作,包括采用工地组焊大型圆盘式转子支架;定子工地叠片下线及热压新工艺;φ500大型单波纹油箱、推力轴承镜板泵可调流量自循环系统、弹性支柱等。分别介绍各项目及优良的运行效果。
The p oer described the design and reseach worked on Tongjiezi 150MW hydroelectric generator, covering fabricating and welding disc type rotor spider, laminating stator punch-ings and assembling stator coils in the site, l000t drum-type hydraulic bellow, flow-adjustable self-circulating system for thrust bearing and elastic stay-arms, etc.
