Drilling Technology for Thick Stainless Steel Tubesheet

本文对奥氏体不锈钢厚管板在普通摇臂钻床上钻削管板孔的工艺作了一个介绍。主要从不锈钢的加工特点、钻削工艺的制定、所需钻头几何角度的选择、切削用量的选择、冷却液的选择等几个角度对该类零件的加工作了一些阐述。

This report given an introduction on technology of austenitic stainless steel drilling by ordinary radial drilling machine. It mainly introduced the fabricating features of stainless steel, establishment of drilling process, selection of geometric angles for necessary drill bits, selection of cutting amount and cooling liquid. Some exprience and understanding that author got them from actual situation of stainless steel drilling work,are also introduced in this report. .
