摘要 用大环冠醚作为铵离子中性载体,耐尔蓝衍生物作生色质子中性载体,结合于增塑的PVC膜中,氨气浓度变化直接引起膜的吸光值变化。基于该原理研制成功不需内电解质的光导纤维氨气敏传感器,并用于废水中氨含量测定获满意结果。 Macrocyclic polyethers and nile blue derivatives were incorporated in a plasticized PVC membrane as the neutral carrier of ammonium ion and as the hydrogen ion neutral chromophore,respectively.The absorptivity of this membrane varies with the ammonia concentration in samples.This principle has been applied to the construction of a new ammonia-sensitive fiber-optic sensor without an internal electrolyte solution.This sensor was used satisfactorily for the determination of ammonia in waste water samples.
