摘要
在床截面0.3m×0.3m,处理量为60~70kg/h的流化床装置上进行了还原焙烧硫酸锶矿(天青石)的试验研究,获得焙烧操作的最佳工艺条件,锶矿还原率达75%~78%,吨产晶焙烧煤耗1.45t,与传统的反射炉相比,锶矿还原率提高10%以上,煤耗降低30%且熟料松散利于后部加工,以流化床替代原有工艺可获显著的生产效益。
The experiment of reduction roasting of strontium sulphate ore is carried out on a fluidized bed with the cross sectionof 0.3m×0.3 m and the feed rate of 60-70 kg/h.The optimum operating condition of roasting is obtained. The reduction rate of strontium ore is up to 70%-80%,and coal consumption per ton of preduct is 1.45 t.Comparee to the traditional reflection furnace, the reduction rate of strongtium ore increases more than 10%,and coal consumption decreauss 30%,with loose roasted material suitable for later procaseing. So an obvious economic result can be obtained using flu-dized bed in place of traditional reflecting furnace roasting technology.
