On-Line Measurement of Thickness of the Cold-Reduced Plate

本文在比较各种板厚测量方法的基础上，根据成象原理着重论述了差动式激光三角法测厚技术，讨论了聚先进键和咸象系统结构参数的设计，分析了板材抖动产生的动态测量误差，并提出自动补偿的途径。

A thickness measurement technique with the differential laser triangulation is discussed inthis paper.The design prameters of focus lens and image system are given,and the dynamic measure-ment error in vibration of the plate is also analyzed,and the way of its autocompensation is presented.
