作者研究的钢和铁合金件热浸镀铝新工艺采用常温浸助镀溶剂，向铝液中添加微量抗氧化合金元素，在铝液表面不加覆盖溶剂，具有镀层质量好、成本低、污染小、劳动条件改善及设备使用寿命延长等许多优点．

A new technology of hot dipped aluminum coatings on steel and other ferro-alloy parts isdiscussed.This technology includes using a new auxiliary coating selvent at normal atmcopheric tem-peratilre , putting an antioxidant into the liquid aluminum, ar1d using a new technique of no cover flux-ing method instead of the old one. This coating preeess offers a good quality on cuating layers,a lowercost,a little contamination,a gcod working condition,and a long service life of the equipment.
