摘要
理论分析并计算了微波副载波复用(SCM)光纤传输系统的光接收机前端的接收灵敏度和噪声特性,证明了采用谐振电感的方法可使先接收机达到接近于由PIN的量子散粒噪声所限制的极限灵敏度;对于串联谐振型接收机前端,不仅能提高高频段的信噪比,同时又不牺牲低频段的信噪比。初步研制出了低噪声宽带接收机前端,经实测获得了与理论分析基本一致的实验结果。
The sensitivity and noise property of the receiver front-end for microwave subcarrier multi-plexing fiber-optic transmission system are theoretically analysed and computed, and it is proved thatleaving shot noise as the main limitation of sensitivity can be obtained by the resonant inductor. In seri-al resonant receiver front-end not only the signal-to-noise ratio at high frequency arca can be rised ,butalso that one at low frequency area can not be decreased. A low noise and wide band optical receiverfro nt-end is desisned, and the measurement results are in agreement with that of theory.
