摘要
提出了一种带钢轧机卷取张力控制系统及其设计方法,和通常的张力控制方法不同,这里引入了张力的直接反馈,构成一个张力-速度-电流的三环控制系统。针对这种结构,本文提出了张力、速度和电流调节器的结构参数的工程设计方法。仿真结果表明,采用本文提出的系统结构和设计方法,同时引入对卷筒直径和转动惯量变化的补偿,就能保证实际系统的性能指标满足要求。
A tension control scheme for the winding system in the roll mill set and its design methedare presented. Apart from usual tension control, this is a scheme with the structure of tri-loop named,respectively, tension,velocity and current by introduction of direct feedback of tension. For this struc-ture, this papor presents a engineering design method of algorithms and parameters for the tension,ve-locity and current controller. It is shown by simulation of a real system that using this scheme and intro-ducins the compensation for change of diameter and moment of inertia of teh winding reel,the perfor-mance indexes of teission cuntrol are satisfied.
