摘要 根据硬质合金刀具片材料的结构相碳化钨(WC)和粘结相钴(Co)在机械性能方面的差异,探讨了超声振动削时刀具磨损的机理,分析表明,刀具磨损速率的大小与碳化钨晶粒度的大小密切相关,试验表明,只有在采用超细晶粒度的硬质合金刀片时,超声振动切削才能提高刀具寿命,而进一步提高其寿命的根本途径是采用浸润性能良好的低粘度矿物油作切削液。 Based on the differences in mechanical pruperties between the structral phase,tungsten car-bide(WC), and the bondurig phase, Cobalt(Co), of ceniented carbide inserts, the mechanisnss of toolwear and tool fracture in ultrasonic vibration cutting(UVC)process are investigated. Analysee indicatethat the magnitude of the rate of tool wear is closely related to the srain size of tungrten carbide. Experi-ments show that the UVC process can only extend the tool life of inserts with ultrafine grain size ,andthat the key way for more significant extension in tool life is to utilize the mineral oil with low viscosi-ty and good infiltrating property as cutting fluid.
