摘要
本文应用有限元法,对大型发电机在进相运行时电机端部的电磁场、涡流损耗、温度场的分布进行了全面研究。建立了有关数学模型,对计算域边界条件作了合理假定,推导论证了专用计算方法,编制了应用计算程序。对300MW汽轮发电机进行了实例计算,得出了在考虑各种限制因素条件下的P-Q运行图,本文计算结果与相关实验结果一致,本研究成果可作为大型发电机安全进相运行的依据。
three-dimensional finite element method is applied to calculate electromagnetic field,eddy losses and thermal field of large turbogenerator in the end zone. The relative mathematic models andboundary conditions are studied and given.The special calculative methods are deduced. As an exam-ple, the QFS-300-2 turbogenerator is Galculated. Its power chart under various limitry conditions is obtained. All calculated results in this paper are in good agreement with the measured results.The stud-ied conclusions can be used to guide the secure operation of large turbogenerator.
