摘要
研究了Mo和Nb的加入对Fe3Al基合金高温蠕变性能的影响.结果表明,含有Mo、Nb等元素的Fe3Al基合金在200MPa,600℃的蠕变中,控制蠕变速率的主要因素是亚晶胞的形成,MO加入到Fe3Al基合金中起到固溶强化的作用,Nb的加入导致形成第二相,二者均使蠕变过程中亚晶胞的形成速度减缓,使合金蠕变速率减小,蠕变寿命提高,但Nb对改善Fe3Al基合金蠕变性能的作用比Mo更大.
The effect of molybdenum and niobium additions on creep-rupture properties of Fe3Al-based alloys has been investigated.The results indicates that the main factor controlling the creep rateat 200MPa and 600℃ is the rate of subgrain formation.The addition of molybdenum results in solid-solution strengthening;while niobium addition causes the formation of second phase particles.Both ofmolybdenum and niobium addition reduce the rate of subgrain formation.So that the creep rate is de-creased and creep-rupture life is increased.However,the effect of niobium additions on improvingcreep-rupture resistance is more effective than that of molybdenum additions.
