The Lie algebas of which all the centralizers of the non-ad-nilpotent elements are anistropic are discussed.A new characterization of the centralier nilpotent Lie algebras is then obtained.Not onlyVarea's conjecture is proved to be true,but also the conjecture is weakened.This canmake more convient the application of the results of some authors.
