摘要
本文提供一种应用生产模拟算法对电力系统发电机组的检修和运行计划进行优化的新方法。这种优化方法由相互关联的三部分组成:发电机组的年度检修计划、月和日的运行计划。 首先优化年度检修计划,而月和日运行计划则在年度检修计划的基础上,以系统可靠性和运行费用为目标进行优化。本方法曾以西北某电力系统为例进行了计算,结果表明正确和有效。
This paper presents a new method to optimize generating unit maintenance scheduling (MS) and operation scheduling by using an effective probabilistic simulation algorithem. This optimization approach consists of three parts: The annual MS,the monthly and the daily operation scheduling of power systems.
The annual MS is optimized first, and the monthly and daily operation scheduling problems are then optimized on the annual MS with the aim of minimizing the risk and operation costs. This method has been applied to North - west China power system, and the results have demonstrated its validity and effectiveness.
