摘要 该文从原理上阐明有无大量的细物料在燃烧室、高(中)温分离器及回料阀间循环乃是循环流化床(CFB)与鼓泡床锅炉(FBC)及高温飞灰回烧鼓泡床锅炉的根本区别。分析了影响循环物料量的各种因素,指出了我国一些运行的循环流化床锅炉出力不足,密相区燃烧温度偏高及燃烧效率偏低的原因。 Abstract Starting from basic principles, the paper argues that the fundamental difference between CFB and FBC boilers, including bubbling bed boilers with refiring of high temperature fly ash, is whether a large amount of fine particles is circulating among furnace, high (middle) temperature seperator and feed-back valve. Factors that influence the amount of matter in circulation is discussed. The reasons that cause the output of some circulating fluidized bed boilers in this country to fall short of their rating, and why the temperature of some highly concentrated zones get excessively high, as well as the reason for low combustion efficiency are also explained.
