摘要
在大型电站锅炉中,随着蒸汽参数的不断提高,屏式和辐射式过热器的广泛应用,以及直流锅炉和低倍率强制循环锅炉的问世,使锅炉受热面,特别是过热器和再热器的管壁温度十分接近其安全极限。为此,作者针对过热器和再热器提出了一种由炉外壁温推算炉内壁温的新方法。
Abstract The tube wall temperature of furnaces' heating surfaces, as well as ofsuperheaters and reheaters of large modern utility boiler are approaching theirsafety allowable limits with the continuous increase of steam parameters, application of platen superheaters, as well as with the use of once-through andforced circulation boilers with low circulation ratio. In consideration of thesecircumstances, the authors, focusing on superheaters and reheaters, proposea new method of reducing wall temperatures within the furnace according tothe furnaces outer wall temperature
