摘要 作者通过PDA(粒子动态分析仪)测量流过开缝钝体示踪粒子冷态的速度场,以及燃烧低挥发份煤粉热态对比试验的分析,得出了改善低挥发份煤粉着火及火焰稳定的重要方法:在煤粉着火初期造成煤粉与一次风分离,使煤粉局部富集浓缩,并且将部分煤粉直接送入高温、低速、低氧浓度的回流区,从而使着火提前,改善和强化了燃烧过程。 Abstract By measuring the cold state velocity field of tracing particles that pass afluted baffle with a PDA (Particle dynamic analyser) instrument and by comparative tests in the hot state of coal, containing low volatile matter,the authorobtained a consequential way of improving ignition of pulverized coal containing low yolatile matter and sabilizing its flame. Hereby, pulverized Coal andprimary air are kept segregated from one another in the first phase of ignition,so that the coal dust gets amassed locally and part of it gets directly transported into the high temperature low velocity back flow zone with low oxygenconcentration, to facilitate early ignition as well improve and intensify thecombustion process.
