摘要
文献[2]指出:当汽轮机主汽管道压力脉动自然频率与转子某阶扭振固有频率相近时,主汽管道压力脉动很容易激发转子不稳定扭振。该文提出在转速通道加扭振滤波器的措施以防止不稳定扭振,并给出了线性和非线性两种滤波器。文中还提出应合理设计主蒸汽管道,使其压力脉动频率与扭振第一阶固有频率有一定避开率,以防止激发扭振。
Abstract Reference [2] points out that instable torsional vibration of rotors is very easily excited by pulsations in fresh steam pipes when the latter's naturalfrequency approaches that of a certain torsional vibration mode of the rotor.The paper suggests that a torsional vibration filter be interposed in the speedsensoring channel (of the governing system) to counteract unstable torsionalvibration, and proposes two kinds of filters, a linear and a non-linear one. Thepaper suggests in addition, that the arrangement of main steam pipes shouldbe done properly so that the frequency of pulsation of the steam Pressure bekept a certain distance away from that of the rotor's first mode of torsionalvibration.
