摘要
对于汉川电厂300MW锅炉CE-WR型燃烧器进行了冷态模化试验,利用三维拉子动态分析仪(3D-PDA)在不同工况下测量波纹形扩流锥后速度分布和浓度分布,从而得到该燃烧器的混合特性,并发现了周界风在其中的作用。作者归纳出一些结论,为电厂的实际运行工况调整及燃烧器的设计提供了依据。
Abstract A cold state modelizing test was performed with a (US) CE-WR type burnerof Hanchuan Power Plant's 300 MW set.The velocity and concentration distribution behind the undulating diffusing flow cone was studied with a 3-dimensional dynamic particle analyzer (3D-PDA) for diverse operating conditions, wherewith the mixing properties of the burner was obtained and effect of the surrounding air flow observed. The author has arrived at some conclusions which mayserve as a reference when adjusting burners in actual power plant operation, andalso during design work.
