摘要
使用快关调节阀控制能激励周期蒸汽压力脉动。通过数字仿真研究,计算了快关调节阀中主蒸汽压力脉动和再热蒸汽压力脉动对汽轮发电机轴系扭矩的影响。结果表明,除非主蒸汽压力脉动固有频率与轴系扭振第一阶固有频率重合引起严重共振,通常快关调节阀控制对轴系扭转疲劳寿命损耗没有大的影响。
Abstract Periodic pressure undulation may be incited by fast valving control.The influence of fresh steam pressure and reheat steam pressure undulations on the torque in turbine-generator rotor strings during fast valving has been studied and calculated by numerical simulation. The results show that,except when the natural frequency of fresh steam pressure undulations coincides with the first mode torsional frequency of the rotor string,fast valving control affects the torsional life expenditure of rotor strings only in a diminutive way.
