象白蚁属一新种(等翅目:白蚁科,象白蚁亚科)

A NEW SPECIES OF NASUTITERMES FROM CHINA (ISOPTERA:TERMITIDAE:NASUTITERMITINAE)

本文记述我国浙江省龙王山自然保护区等翅目象白蚁属一新种，安吉象白蚁Ｎａｓｕｔｉｔｅｒｍｅｓ ａｎｊｉｅｎｓｉｓ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．

Nasutitermes anjiensis sp. nov.Comparisons:The soldiers of Nasutitermes anjiensis sp' nov. can be distinguished from N. parvonasutus by its dimorphic, larger head size and wider pear-shaped head.Holotype and paratypes, Mt. Longwang (30. 3°N, 119. 4°E ), Anji County, Zhejiang Provience, major and minor soldiers and major and minor workers collected by GUO Jian-qiang and E De-bac, June 10, 1990, in termites' runways on a stem of Cyclobalanopsis glauca(Thunb. ) Oerst.Holotype deposited in the Shallghai Institute of Entomology, Academia Sinica.Paratypes deposited separately in the Shanghai Institute of Entomology, Academia Sinica and the Nanjing Institute of Termite Control.
