双峰驼趾部血管构筑的研究

A STUDY ON VASCULOARCHITECTURE OF DIGITAL REGION IN TWO-HUMPED CAMEL (CAMELUS BACTRIANUS)

采用血管内灌注颜料的方法和显微解剖学技术观察了１７条双峰驼后肢趾部的血管构筑。①在双峰驼未见有趾背侧固有动脉；②趾跖远轴侧固有动脉是趾跖轴侧固有动脉的近趾节跖侧支的直接延续；③趾跖侧第３总动脉是趾部的动脉主干；④在趾枕真皮中有一动脉网；在趾枕真皮和趾枕深筋膜之间有一发达的静脉网；⑤趾部的血液由外侧隐静脉的前支和趾跖侧第２－４总静脉导引；⑥趾枕真皮中动静脉吻合丰富，汗腺多而且发达；⑦趾部的动脉网、静脉网及趾枕真皮中丰富的动静脉吻合等血管结构和趾枕真皮中多而发达的汗腺共同构成了双峰驼趾部的温度调节装置。

The vascular architectures of the digital region of 17 fresh pelvic limbs of the twohumped camels were dissected and studied by means of intravascular infused oilcolor and with technique of microdissection. The results are as follows; (1) The dorsal proper digital artery was not found in the two-humped camels. (2) The abaxial plantar proper digital artery is a direct continuation of the plantar branch of the proximal phalanx of the axial plantar proper digital artery. (3) The third plantar common digital artery is the main arterial trunk in the digital region. (4) An arterial rete was found in the derma of the digital pads and a well-developed venous rete exists between the derma and the deep fascia of the digital pads. (5) The blood in digital region is drained by the cranial branch of the lateral saphenous vein and the plantar common digital veins Ⅱ through Ⅳ. (6) There are a lot of developed sweat glands and abundant arterovenous anastomosis in the derma of the digital pads. (7) The arterial rete, abundant arterovenous anastomosis and the developed sweat glands in the derma of the digital pads and the developed venous rete between the derma and the deep fascia of the digital pads are the key instruments in regulating the blood temperature in the digital region.
