摘要
本实验用5只恒河猴人工造成眼角膜创伤,基本一致地除去双眼角膜上皮细胞层,仅边缘部分残留有少量的角膜细胞。均以猴的右眼作实验处理,每日滴3次表皮生长因子(EGF)溶液(生理盐水配制,浓度130μg/ml);均以猴的左眼作对照,每日仅滴3次生理盐水。每日用荧光素钠溶液滴眼,检查眼角膜创面的恢复进展情况。结果实验眼的创面在第3-4天完全恢复,对照眼则在第5-6天恢复,实验眼比对照眼约提前2-3天恢复,表明表皮生长因子对恒河猴创伤眼角膜的恢复具有明显的促进作用。
The effects of epidermal growth factor(EGF) on the regeneration of artificially wounded cornea epiderm were tested in 5 monkeys(Macaca mulatta,aged 2-3 years).The wounded right eyes of the experimental monkeys were treated with EGF(130 μg/ml) extracted from the submaxillary gland of male mouse,one drop per each eye,4 times one day,while the wounded left eyes of the same monkeys were treated with axenic solution of 0.9% NaCl(control).The results showed that the wounded cornea of the right eyes were recovered in 3-4 days while that of the left eyes were recovered in 5-6 days.The recovery of the right eyes were faster than that of the left eyes. It suggested that the EGF from mouse submaxillary gland can be used for healing wounded cornea.
