摘要
作者应用甲蓉健宁片治疗更年期综合征44例和黄体不健45例,有效率分别为90.9％和82％。通过家兔实验,见到该药片能使卵巢中卵泡增多,间质细胞明显增多变大,内含丰富的类脂物质。卵巢组织cGMP(0.24±0.04和0.14±0.02 fmol/mg,P<0.05)和血清E_2值(35.38±6.58和17.88±2.98ng/ml,P<0.05)明显增高。子宫肥大,内膜腺体增多,血运旺盛。
Jiarong tablet is a mixture of Chinese herbs, such as Chiwujia, Dihuang etc, In this paper, the effect of Jiajong tablets in the treatment of 44 patients with menopausal syndrome and 49 patients with luteal defect is reported. The response rates were 90.9% and 82% respectively. Experimental studies on rabbits revealed that hypertrophia and hyperplasia of ovarian follicles and stroma cells, as well as endometrium and myometrium, were significant, and that marked increase of the ovarian tissue cGMP and serum E2 levels was noted. There were no effects on the hypothalamus and pituitary' cAMP and cGMP.
