摘要
应用成组技术(GT)的原理分析了电器仪表行业中板金零件的设计和工艺特点,研制出一种适用于板金柔性加工系统(FMS)的冲压零件的分类编码系统,并对其信息集成方法进行研究,同时开发出相应的自动编码,自动分组和优化作业计划的计算机软件包。
In this paper,the concept of Group Technology is applied to the analysis of the design and proeessing features of sheet metal parts in electrical equipment and instrument industry,a new coding and classification system is developed.The method of information integrated in GT is studied and a software of automatic coding,classification and optimum proeess scheduling for FMS of sheet metal parts is developed.
