手屈肌腱损伤与粘连影响功能。在Hunter两期重建屈肌腱和硅橡胶套管人工腱的实验基础上,对9例进行了一次型套管腱修复,疗效满意。本文介绍了手术方法,并重点讨论其理论基础和手术注意事项。

Injury of flexor digital tendons and tdhesion formation interfere the function of the fingers. On the basis of the experiments of Hunter's two stage reconstruction and the artificial tendon with silastic tube, 9 cases were repaired by one stage ensheathed tendon with satisfactory results. This paper recommends the operative method and mainly discusses the theoretical basis and precautions during operation.
