摘要
在常压呼吸条件下测定了5种部分加压服产生的体表对抗压力,多数未达到理想水平。讨论了发生这种情况的原因。建议评定部分加压服的代偿效果时,应以一定充气压力条件下测出的充气压力-体表对抗压力实际关系中的体表对抗压力为基础。
The counterpressures produced by five types of partial pressure suits (bladder jerkin, capstan jerkin, upper-abdomen bladder, bladder anti-G suit, and capstan anti-G suit) upon body surface of subjects were determined under conventional respiratory pressure conditions. It was found that these pressures, except those on lower limb and lower-abdomen produced by both bladder and capstan anti-G suit, were markedly greater or less than design level. We discussed their possible mechanisms and therefore recommend that the practically measured counterpressures in certain filling gas pressure conditions, but not the theoretically gained counter-pressures according to the filling gas pressure, should be used to evaluate the counteraction efficiency of partial pressure suits.
