摘要
用眼震电图研究了飞行人员的位置性眼震和变位性眼震。在飞行人员中,位置性眼震发生率为19.0%,变位性眼震发生率为26.7%。本研究对象的这两种眼震是由隐性两侧前庭功能不平衡引起的。眼震电图特点是一种无最强反应期低强度眼震。飞行中空间定向障碍的发生与前庭功能不平衡有关,有位置性眼震和变位性眼震的飞行人员,以有位置性眼震的飞行人员与发生飞行中空间定向障碍的关系密切。
The positional nystagmus and positioning nystagmus of the aircrew were studied by electronystagmus with their eyes closed. 19.0% of the aircrew were found showing positional nystagmus and 26.7% showing positioning nystagmus while they didn't feel dizziness. The tow kinds of nystagmus were arisen from covert imbalance of vestibular function, the characteristic of their electronystagmus were the low intensity and lacked the period of the highest intensity. The average slow phase speed of the positional nystagmus is 4.76°/sec, the average slow phase speed of the positioning nystagmus is 4.00°/sec. The spastial disorientation in flight was related to covert imbalance of vestibular function and easily appeared when the nystagmus was the value of high slow phase speed.
