Let a (G)and a'(G)denote the arborictity and the edge arboricity of a graph G,reSpectively,and Gdenote the complement of G.Authors consider the relations consider the relations between the four paRameters a(G),a(G),a'(G)and a'(G)and obtain a(G)+a(G)≤1+{P/2}by a bridf discussion,Which is called a conjecture.Authors also derive some other inequlities.
