主成分分析在昆虫种下分类中的应用

对革翅目昆虫的外激素气相色谱所得的数据进行了主成分分析，并在第一、二主轴组成的二维空间作出样本点图．结果表明，来自４个地区的革翅虫分别集中于二维空间的４个区域，分属４个不同的居群．

In this paped, principle components analysis (PCA) was used to investigate the dataof the earwigs chromatographys. The result surggests that the earwig indiviuals collected in different areas belong to 4 populations respectively and PCA can reveal the basic reature of large and complex data sets in low dimensional speace.
