摘要
从Sak提出的晶体表面极化子哈密顿量出发,计及纵光声子正弦色散对表面极化子的各种影响,采取Haga的处理方法,计算声子的正弦色散对晶体表面极化子能量的影响.
Starting from the Hamiltonian of surface polaron proposed by J.Sak,considering the influences upon the surface polarons of the dispersion of Lo acoustic phonons and using Haga'smethod, the authors calculated the self-trapping enersy and effective mass of the polaron when dispersion take place.
