有机导电不燃烧纤维的初步研究

摘要 本文用丙烯腈三元共聚物工业短纤维,在 2.8小时内程序升温至265℃进行热稳定化,再导电化,制得有机导电不燃烧纤维。对化学组成、形态结构和不燃烧性、导电性等性能的分析测试表明,纤维具有期望的结构和高的限氧指数(LOI≥39%)、高的体积电导率[10~2(Ω·cm)^(-1)]。 In this Paper,acrylic three-component copolymeric fibre as precursor was stabilized for 2. 8 hours in a special temperature procedure from 180 ℃ to 260 ℃ ,and then the stabilized fibre was made to be conductive. Thus,a conductive fire-retardant fibre was obtained. The chemical components,morphological structure,and the antiheat,conducting, nonburning, and the mechanical characteristics were examined by a series of moden instruments. The results show that the fibre has an ideal morphological structure ,and properties of conductivity 102(Ω. cm)-1, limiting oxygen index 39% , mechanical strength and elongation suitable for textile processes.
