A Study on Shedding Motion of Heald Frame through Tappet Cams

本文探讨了开闭口角不等的踏盘开口综框运动规律,利用综框常用的规律推导出适宜开口工艺要求的三种开口角与闭口角不等的组合曲线方程,并对各规律作了特性分析和比较。

The paper discusses the shedding motion of the heald frame drived by tappet cams with respect to opening angle different from shuttling angle. Through applying regular shedding patterns, three combining curve equations are studied to suit technological requirememt of shedding means of choosing different opening angles and the feature analysis and comparison is giren to each other.
