Design of an Apparatus for Testing Weft Transfer by Rapier Heads

本文介绍国内首台剑头交接纬纱测试机。该机成功地模拟了剑杆织机剑头引纬全过程,可检测剑头交接纬纱的可靠性。该机在无经纱情况下,待引纬纱的控制机构的设计是一种新颖的机构设计。

This paper introduces an apparatus for testing weft transfer by rapier heads, which is the first one in our country. The apparatus suceessfuly simulates the process of inserting weft in rapier looms, and the reliability of weft transfering can be examined and determined. The design of the control system for the weft to be inserted without warps is a novel mechanism design.
