Optimum Design of Technological Parameters of Siro Spinning

本文用正交实验对毛精纺赛洛纺系统的三个工艺参数:粗纱隔距、捻度、钢丝圈重量进行了优化组合。找出这三个因素与各指标之间的关系,对国内推广应用赛洛纺提出几点参考意见。

In this paper, three parameters are chosen, such as gauge between two rovings, twist, and traveller weight. They influence Siro yarn performance. Throught orthogonal design, their optimum combination is obtained. Based on the experiment, the authors find out the relationship between the quality items effected by the three parameters. At last the authors put forward several referencial proposals.
