摘要
通过对PAN基碳纤维表面结构的xps分析表明,该表面具有芳环碳和含氧结构。据此,选用含的丙烯酸类浆料对纤维进行上浆处理,使其耐磨性提高了198.87%,能较顺利地制织几种不同组织的PAN基碳纤维织物。
It is shown that PAN-Based carbon fibre has the structure of aromatic and oxygen-containing C on its surface by means of XPS analysis. According to that, the polyacrylate size(containing-C-O-group) was selected for sizing the fibre. As the result, the friction resistance was increased by 198. 87%, and several fabrics were woven out successfully.
