摘要
用抗角蛋白及抗肌动蛋白单克隆抗体,以ABC免疫组化方法对涎腺腺淋巴瘤进行研究。结果发现:腺淋巴瘤的上皮成分由两层构成。内层细胞呈高柱状,主要对低分子量角蛋白抗体阳性,与正常涎腺导管的管腔衬里上皮细胞表现相似,外层细胞呈立方状,主要对高分子量角蛋白抗体强阳性,与正常涎腺导管的外周基底细胞的反应相仿。认为两层上皮细胞来源不同。肿瘤的淋巴成分对于抗肌动蛋白抗体阳性,与淋巴结的表现相似,且在胚胎腮腺的淋巴结中发现腺管及腺泡上皮。推论其淋巴成分可能来自原淋巴结。
Adenolymphoma was studied by means of immunohistochemical assesment, i. e by using anti-keratin and anti-actin monoclonal antibodies. The results showed that the luminal-layer cells of the epithelial component of adenolymphoma were columnar and were positive to anti-low molecular weight keratin antibody, and similar to the luminal-lining cells of the salivary gland ducts. The basic-layer cells of the epithelial component were cuboid and strongly positive to the anti-high molecular weight keratin antibody, and similar to the basic cells of the salivary gland ducts. The conclusion is that the two layers originate differently. The lymphoid component of the tumors showed positive reaction to anti-actin antibody, and was similar to that of the lymph nodes. In the lymph nodes of the embryonic parotid, some luminal and acinar structures were found. The presumption is that the lymphoid component of adenolymphomas may originate from the pre-existing lymph node.
