摘要
本文根据化学热力学和电化学的原理,利用电化学位的概念对织物在阳极上染的电化学染色机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明:“电化学染色比常规染色上染率提高的根本原因是电化学染色达到平衡时,染料在液相中的纯化学位及其活度低于常规染色平衡时的纯化学位及其活度。反之染料在纤维相中的纯化学位及其活度高于常规染色平衡时的纯化学位及其活度。”从而导致上染率的提高。同时导出了上染率与槽电压的关系式。
Authors preliminarily discuss the mechanism of coloring flax with dircet dyes. Here flax is on cathode. Experiments show that fundmental reason for dye-uptake in electrochemistry higher than that in conventional one is that when coloring system is in equilibrium, in liquid phase, the pure chemical potential energy and the activity of dyes in electrochemistry coloring are lower than those in conventional coloring,but in fibre phase vice versa. Authors givrs the equation of dye-uptake and extra-voltage. The calculation results show that the measuring data have an error of about 5 % compared with the theoretical value.
