摘要
在综合和分析2020年前国外军、民机发展趋势及其所采用新技术的基础上,分析与研究了具有高新技术的新机对试飞技术发展的六方面影响,最后针对当前我国试飞技术存在的主要问题,从试验研究机、试飞技术基础研究、地面支持设备的技术改造与建设及试飞组织管理等方面,论述我国2020年前试飞技术的发展对策,以供制定航空科技政策和规划时参考。
On the basis of reviewing both the developmental tendency and theadvanced technology used in respect of military /civil aircrafts at abroad previous to year2020,the effects in six respects of futuramic aircrafts with advanced technology ondevelopment of flight test technology are analyzed in this paper.Finally,in accordance withexistent main problems of flight test technology in China at present,the developmentalcountermeasures of flight test technology in China previous to year 2020 is expounded fromaspects of cxperimental aircrafts ,fundamental researchs of flight test technology,technicalremoulded and construction for support equipments,and management of flight test.Somesuggestions of making aviatorial technology polices and plans are put forward.
