薄层树脂相吸光光度法测定水中铁的研究

Determination of Iron in Water by Thin-layer Resin Phase Spectrophotometry

本文提出了薄层树脂相吸光光度法，并以Ｆｅ（Ⅱ）－Ｐｈｅｎ体系为例进行了应用，实测了几种天然水中铁含量，灵敏度高（ε＝１．１２×１０６Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１）。稳定性好，精密度理想（测定５μｇＦｅ１０次，ＲＳＤ％＝３．２％）。

Iron ions in natural water are pre-consentrated with thin-layer pol ystyrene cation exchange resin then these ions are converted into Fe(Ⅱ)-phenanthroline complex and determined spectrophotometrically. Irons in samples of natural water have been determined by this method with satisfactory sensitivity and precision.
