摘要
本文提出了薄层树脂相吸光光度法,并以Fe(Ⅱ)-Phen体系为例进行了应用,实测了几种天然水中铁含量,灵敏度高(ε=1.12×106L·mol-1·cm-1)。稳定性好,精密度理想(测定5μgFe10次,RSD%=3.2%)。
Iron ions in natural water are pre-consentrated with thin-layer pol ystyrene cation exchange resin then these ions are converted into Fe(Ⅱ)-phenanthroline complex and determined spectrophotometrically. Irons in samples of natural water have been determined by this method with satisfactory sensitivity and precision.
