摘要
探讨酸碱电位双点滴定法在药物分析中的应用。提出测定药片中的盐酸麻黄碱和烟酸的实验方法及其实验参数。该法简便快速。对２种样品的测定结果令人满意。
The application of acid-base potentiometric double-point titration to drug analysis is discussed. Procedures and parameters for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and nicotinic acid have been proposed.The method is simple and rapid.Analytical results for both types of samples were satisfactory.
