A Test Card K￣+ &Na￣+ Ion-Selective Sensor for the Diagnosis of Electrolyte Disturbance in Sera

新型的一次性化学离子敏钾、钠测试卡片，是基于离子选择电极原理设计制作的一种电化学传感器。它由测量电池装置、敏感膜、接触衬底和盐桥等构件组装而成。采用两点电位测量法。具有一次性使用、简便、快速、精确度高、成本低等优点，对样品不必作预处理，避免了匀叉污染，克服了ＩＳＥ重现性差、固有漂移等缺点，发挥了ＩＳＥ选择性好、准确度高等优点。

A test card ion-selective meter incorporating replaceable sensor cartridges for the assay of potassium and sodium ions is described.It consists of sampling spot sheet,sensitive membrane,graphite contact,reference electrode collar,salt bridge and potential-measuring system.The two-point calibration method is adopted.Its characteristic features are disposability of sampling sheets,quick response,no risk of crosscontamination,no pre-treatment of samples,good reproducibility and selectivity.Its standard deviations for K+ and Na+ are≤1.0 and 2.0%;coefficients of variation are 3.0%and 1.42%;response time<30 sec and 30 sec;drift <0.5 mV/min and 0.5～1.0mV/min;linear range 2×10￣(-5)～2×10￣(-2)mol/L and 1×10￣(-3)～4×10￣(-2)mol/L;recovery 99.5%and 99.5%,respectively.
