摘要
采用顶空气相色谱法,以GDX-101为固定相,选择70℃温度下恒温15min的气液平衡条件,正丙醇为内标物,测定了庆大霉素中甲醇残留量。标准加入法回收率试验的平均回收率为94.9％,对同一试样重复测定7次,其RSD为0.53％。
A method for determination of residual methanol in Gentamicin by headspace gas chr-omatography was reported. A GDX-101 column and FID were used, and optimum operating condition was chosen. The recovery as determined by standard addition was 94. 9%. The relative staydard deviation(RSD, n=7) is 0. 53%. Detection limit of this method for methanol was 1. 0 ug/ml.
