摘要
报道了用于飞行时间质谱检测的小信号宽带放大器的研制。放大器带宽从DC至200MHz,最大信号幅度2V,输入输出阻抗均为50Ω。
This paper reports the construction of a wide-band amplifier for small signal in time of flight mass spectrometer. The amplifier is designed and made with DC-200 MHz bandpass,≤2 V signal amplitude, and 50Ω, input and output impedence; and is good for the fast-pulse detecti.on.
